Most of what leaves this yard is made to order, so a size you cannot find elsewhere is usually still a size we can build. Send a drawing, a photo, a sample pallet, or just the dimensions of your carton — no fixed minimum.

A CAD file, a sketch, or a spec sheet from your carton supplier — whatever you already have.

We build to the size you give us
Board count, board thickness, spacing and base height all change with the job, so we do not publish a fixed specification — we quote against your measurement or your sample. Unusually large, unusually small, non-standard aspect ratios: all normal requests here.

How exact does my measurement need to be?
As close as you can get it. If you are unsure, send the range and we will confirm the final dimension with you before the batch goes to the saw.
What is the smallest or largest you will build?
There is no hard limit at either end. Tell us the dimension and we will confirm whether it needs a different board pattern to hold together.
How long does a custom run take?
You get a completion date with the quote once the sample is approved. Large runs are staged so part of the order can ship early if you need it.
