Worth knowing
What is the difference between custom size and custom quality?
Size is the footprint and board pattern. Quality is the wood itself — its treatment, certification and finish. Most orders only need one; some need both, and that is fine to combine in a single enquiry.
Do you provide ISPM-15 certificates?
Yes, heat-treated stock is stamped and comes with the paperwork customs expects at the destination port.
Can you match an existing supplier's spec?
Send the spec sheet or a sample from your current supplier and we will confirm we can match it before quoting.
Does a specific quality cost more?
It depends on the spec — heat treatment and finishing add a step, so we quote it against the exact requirement rather than a flat surcharge.
