New plastic pallets

Washable. Rot-proof. Ready.

Where plastic wins

Three jobs wood cannot do as well

Same handling, different material properties.

01

Food & pharma

No splinters, no absorbed odours, and it can be hosed down or steam cleaned between batches.

02

Fast export

Skips ISPM-15 heat-treatment certification entirely, which can save a step at customs.

03

Closed-loop systems

Consistent weight and dimension cycle after cycle, which matters for automated handling and racking.

Wood or plastic?

We will tell you honestly which fits

Plastic is not automatically the better choice — it costs more up front and a damaged unit cannot be repaired the way a wooden board can. If your job is one-way export or heavy point loads, our new wooden pallets are usually the cheaper answer. Tell us what the pallet has to do and we will recommend the material, not just sell whichever is in stock.

Plastic pallet questions

Worth knowing

What sizes are available?

Standard moulded sizes including 100 × 120 cm and 110 × 110 cm. Ask about your exact requirement and we will confirm what is available or where to source it.

How much weight can a plastic pallet hold?

It depends on the model — static and dynamic load ratings vary by design. Tell us the weight and we will confirm the right one.

Do you sell used plastic pallets too?

Yes, see our used plastic pallets page for inspected, reconditioned stock at a lower price.

Is there a minimum order?

No fixed minimum, though plastic pricing improves more noticeably at volume than wood does. Ask for a quantity break.
